Refund Policy

Every paid pack is digital content that you can use as soon as you unlock it. You can also try the free test before you buy, to check the format suits you.

Change of mind

Because you get immediate access to the full tests, we don't offer refunds for change of mind once a pack has been bought.

When we will refund you

• Duplicate purchase: if you were charged twice for the same pack.
• A fault we can't fix: if the tests won't load or work properly and we can't fix the problem within a reasonable time.

Bought the wrong pack?

Email us within 7 days of purchase and we'll swap it for the other pack, or upgrade you to the Complete Bundle for the difference in price.

How to ask

Email hello@benchmarkprep.com with your order number. Approved refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record, to your original payment method, and the licence key is disabled.

Your legal rights

This policy doesn't affect rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be excluded, such as the Australian Consumer Law, including your right to a remedy if a product has a major failure.
