These terms cover your use of benchmarkprep.com ("BenchmarkPrep", "we", "us"). By using the site or buying a pack, you agree to them.

What BenchmarkPrep is

BenchmarkPrep offers timed, hands-on practice tests for the Excel skills tests that employers use when hiring. It is a practice tool only. We don't guarantee that you'll pass a particular employer's test or get a job, and our tests are not copies of any employer's or test provider's real test.

BenchmarkPrep is independent and is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, Microsoft or any test provider. Excel is a trademark of Microsoft Corporation.

Free and paid tests

• The free test is available to anyone, without an account.
• Paid packs (Admin & Office, Analyst & Finance, and the Complete Bundle) are one-time purchases. There is no subscription.
• After you buy, you receive a licence key by email. Entering it on the site unlocks the tests in that pack. You can use your key on your own devices.
• Your access doesn't expire. We may improve or update tests over time.

Payments

Orders are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy, which handles payment, sales tax and VAT, and invoices. Your purchase is also subject to Lemon Squeezy's terms, shown at checkout. Prices are in US dollars unless shown otherwise.

Your licence

Your licence is personal. Please don't share, resell or publish your licence key or the paid test content. We may disable a key that is clearly being shared publicly.

Acceptable use

Don't try to break, overload or get around the site's access controls, or copy the test content to republish it.

Liability

The site is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be excluded, including the Australian Consumer Law.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
